You even have the option to view the program from you computer browser as well.

 I travel often for work. Can I do this workout at a hotel gym or my hotel room?

Yes, this challenge is great for traveling consultants that need a great workout while traveling for business. This is a body weight only program, so feel free to perform the exercises in your hotel room or workout inside the hotel gym.

 Will I still be able to follow the fitness program, if I have previous injuries
